Think of these queries as a set of rules to follow for all incoming ChatGPT responses. ChatGPT uses deep learning algorithms to understand natural language.
So you don’t have to be precise when defining these rules. Just talk to him as if you were giving instructions to a man and he will understand what you want from him.
Below are some examples of behavior changes you can make in ChatGPT:
- Use a humorous tone when answering.
- Be thorough in your answers and give at least 3 examples.
- Write a blog post of at least 2,000 words, including an introduction and conclusion on the topics I discuss.

You can even write blog posts using the instructions above and editing your own requirements like “add pros/cons”. Additionally, ChatGPT stops generating a response when it is too long. If it does, just type “continue” and it will pick up where it left off.

Although not mentioned in the query, you should also include the age of your audience and whether you want to avoid certain topics. For example, “write a story of courage aimed at teenagers, but avoid fighting and war.”

ChatGPT cannot provide images in its responses, it rejects all requests that require an image to be displayed. However, when requested, it will borrow licensed images from Unsplash to display for free.

Note that this will not work on the latest devices as ChatGPT knowledge is limited until the end of 2021.
Let ChatGPT write the songs

Write on any topic or theme but make sure your words convey the feeling you are trying to express in beautiful yet meaningful ways. You can also come up with short verses that are still powerful enough to leave an imprint in readers' minds. My first request is 'I need a poem about love.'
This encouragement focuses heavily on poetry that evokes emotion, which should work well for most types of poetry topics. Although, if you want ChatGPT to be a bit funny or witty, you can add a line asking it to be funny.
It also creates shorter verses because for some reason ChatGPT treats the “short verses” part as a request rather than a suggestion. You can remove this line if you want longer verses.
I’ve found that with this query, the songs have a much deeper meaning and flow better than simply asking ChatGPT to come up with a song.
Ask for help with animal behavior management
I want you to act as a pet behaviorist. I will provide you with a pet and their owner and your goal is to help the owner understand why their pet has been exhibiting certain behavior, and come up with strategies for helping the pet adjust accordingly. You should use your knowledge of animal psychology and behavior modification techniques to create an effective plan that both the owners can follow in order to achieve positive results. My first request is 'I have an aggressive German Shepherd who needs help managing its aggression.'

This can be very useful for people who want to chat at length with ChatGPT about a certain topic to stay on topic.
Final thoughts
You should save these prompts somewhere for easy access, or better yet, download the ChatGPT Chrome extension that can display these prompts in the ChatGPT interface. Also, a trick I like to use to get better results for these queries is to open a new chat and copy/paste the same question again. Because ChatGPT is dynamic in its responses, you may sometimes get a better response if you try again.
