Provincial MP David Bisaka, elected from the Kwamut Territory, is asking the Congolese government to exempt secondary school finalists from the territory from all fees related to participation in the next state examination (EXETAT). According to him, the parents of these students, who are usually farmers, have not engaged in farming this year because of the insecurity and will not be able to pay all these expenses. If our country is responsible, I still appear here to ask the Congolese country to take responsibility for these children. ” continued the Chosen Quamut.
