This caramel dog did well. He saw a wedding ceremony, stood at the door of a church playing with the newlyweds, and got what he didn’t even expect: a home.
The animal captured the hearts of the two so much that the couple adopted it after a party in Vila Velha, Espirito Santo.
Videos of him interacting with the bride and groom have gone viral on social media. Caramel literally stole the show from the bride.
Guests began recording her fun on the entrance carpet of the church where interior designer Tamiris Muzzini and military officer Douglas Vieira Robert tied the knot last month after six years of dating.
“I never imagined that the caramel ‘dog’ would show up at the ceremony,” Douglas said.

While the bride and groom were at the altar, the dog was feasting and even sleeping outside.
After the bride and groom said yes, the pet even posed for an official photo with the couple.
The bride said the scenes were in her and the groom’s head.
“I was still in the car waiting to sit down at the ceremony, but I already saw him there from inside the car. He lay down next to my father, waiting for my father to call me in, and when my father called me and I got out of the car, he came with us,” said Tamiris.

The organizer of the wedding was a volunteer of the animal protection NGO. He made a video that went viral on the Internet and has already had almost 17,000 views.
“I’ve already left, looking back and saying: “I want this puppy for myself!” But at the moment, we couldn’t take him there, take him with us, he still had to finish getting married,” remembers daughter-in-law Tamiris.
Netizens started suggesting the engaged couple to adopt the dog.
An expedition was made to find Karamela Muti, and she was found a day after the wedding.
Now living with the couple, the pup was “christened” and given a new name: Brian Caramello de Jesus.
“Our first four-legged baby is already here,” the bride noted.
And may this beautiful new family be very happy.
