A fully European DNS will be created. The Poles will help with that

The European Union wants to have its own DNS so that no network traffic passes through the hands of foreign corporations. CERT Polska is supposed to help with this.

How the modern internet works is nothing more than a small technological marvel that we actually overlook, and many people don’t even realize that the websites they visit every day are accessed by a series of working systems. One of them is DNS or Domain Name System. Every web page on the network is stored under a specific IP (Internet Protocol) address, which means that normally, instead of names like Google or Antyweb, we would have to enter a string of numbers in the browser to get to the web page. We don’t have to do this precisely because there is a global DNS system that translates Internet addresses like www.antyweb.pl into IP addresses, making it easier for users to navigate the Internet.
