Two drivers died in June after serious accidents at the end of the extended section of the B236 on the Dortmund-Lünen city limits. Initially, a 51-year-old man lost his life after a car crashed into his car, which was waiting in front of traffic lights, almost without brakes. A 31-year-old then died after his car slipped and overturned.
