Celina Leo won the exhibition match of the football volleyball championship

Acting Governor Celina León participated in the first round of the Brasiliens Football Volleyball Championship this Saturday (11). Celina played an exhibition game alongside player Carnigna, one of the city’s sports representatives. The duo beat Lares and Javan 21 x 19. The championship, which unites 497 couples, started on Friday (10) and continues until this Sunday (12) at Arena 61, Aguas Claras.
Celina Leo highlighted the Brazilian’s taste for football volley and noted that it is the modality he practices and likes. “Brazil is the home of football. Here we have players like Alana who is currently out of town competing in championships. We need to encourage sports with the talents we already have here and discover new talents,” he emphasized.
“This is already the second game of the championship, we will have four rounds. As a result, the use of the modal was encouraged. We also have a female category that honors our girls and women,” Celina added. He commented that today football is practiced in all administrative regions of the Ministry of Defense.
21-year-old player Karninya, who is the sports representative of the city, who collaborated with the acting governor in this Saturday’s match, praised the performance of his court partner. “I thought he would be more rusty because of the time without playing, but he is in great shape, he has played a lot,” he emphasized. The athlete noted that it is a great opportunity for city players to hold championships here.
Tiago Espindola, one of the organizers of the event, said that the participation of 497 couples was a record. “This is one of the fastest growing sports in DF. We have top athletes like Parana. GDF supports, provides its security structure, so that the championship will be at its best.” According to him, there will be a prize of 13,000 rubles, which will be distributed among the winners of the championship in different categories.
