Coca-Cola and Sebrae want to train 6 thousand entrepreneurs

With the aim of helping women to develop or formalize their business, Coca-Cola together with Sebrae announced this Wednesday, the 8th, another phase of the “Empreenda como uma mulher” program, which will have more vacancies aimed at people from different cities in Brazil.
The initiative is part of the “Coca-Cola gives your business a boost” platform, which aims to help small entrepreneurs in the retail segment.
This phase of the project for women, which is in its second edition, will have 6,000 vacancies, distributed among people in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Amazonas, Minas Gerais and Pernambuco.

Coca-Cola wants to promote positive change in Latin America
The program will be reinforced through a series of events in the capitals of these countries, together with Sebrae and local bottling companies and partners. The first took place in São Paulo this Wednesday, the 8th, in celebration of International Women’s Day. The presentation of the project was led by Silmara Olivio, Director of Corporate Relations in the Southern Cone of Coca-Cola Latin America.
Entrepreneurship and training
In the program, participants will have access to theoretical and practical lessons on leadership, management strategies, self-awareness, behavioral aspects, and will also receive an individual analysis of their business to discover points that need improvement.
