Cyberpunk 2077 will work better with DLSS 3
If you’re still complaining about Cyberpunk 2077’s lack of optimization, now’s a great chance to try your luck again with CD Projekt RED’s hit. Nvidia announced the use of DLSS 3 technology in this title.
Nvidia’s DLSS 3 technology hit the market in September 2022 – the third installment of the game upscaling tool in higher resolutions. This, of course, to ensure smoother gameplay, which will certainly come in handy in this production.
And we’re talking about Cyberpunk 2077, which is one of those games that since the beginning of its existence on the market has been associated with technical shortcomings or problems with the flow of pleasure. While these issues seem to exist, adding this fix to CD Projekt RED’s work will definitely benefit this game in a positive way.
The new patch brings improvements, including improvements to the AI network for DLSS frame generation, which makes better use of game engine data, improving UI stability and image quality when moving fast.
Adding DLSS 3 support to Cyberpunk paves the way for the game’s next upcoming update, adding Overdrive mode. It is designed to further improve ray tracing and further enhance the visuals of the game.
It is worth mentioning that from today another very well-known Polish game will also benefit from the possibilities of DLSS 3 – we’re talking about Techland’s Dying Light 2.
