How to make diet chips? It’s easier than you think. Contrary to the classic recipe for crisps, this time the base will not be raw, but boiled and mixed potatoes. How to make chips in the oven? The longest part of this recipe is cooking the potatoes because everything else happens in a flash.

Simply add raw onions, cornmeal, baking powder and water to mashed potatoes. Mix everything until smooth and season with your favorite spices. The basic set is, of course, salt and pepper, but sweet, hot or smoked paprika, garlic, and all kinds of herbs will work especially well here.

Put the prepared mass in the pastry case, Place them in small portions on a sheet covered with baking paper, then cover with another sheet and press with a glass until they become very thin. Chips covered with two layers of paper we put 11-13 minutes in the oven heated to 140 degrees. After this time, just gently tear off the top layer of paper and the homemade chips are ready.
