Drinks to make with white wine in summer

Author of Mixologist Kayo Kolavini, this drink is perfect for special occasions. It is refreshing and at the same time has a spicy and sweet touch.
Ingredients
White wine;
orange liqueur;
Red fruit jelly;
apple juice;
1 piece of ginger;
club soda;
Blackberries, raspberries and strawberries for decoration.
Method of preparation
To prepare it, you need a large glass of wine. Line the bottom and walls with a very good quality jam. Add ice cubes and place a piece of ginger that has been cut very thin. Add approximately 150ml white wine, 20ml orange liqueur, 50ml apple juice and finish with a splash of Club Soda. At the end, you can decorate with fruits or add to the recipe.
Lillet lives

Lillet is an aperitif made with white wine, orange peel liqueur and quinine, which is a refreshing and extremely versatile light drink. It’s a fruity and flavorful recipe that’s perfect for lounging by the pool or beach on a hot day.
Ingredients
- French aperitif Lillet Blanc
- Slices of Japanese cucumber
- sliced strawberries
- mint leaves
- Tonic water
Method of preparation
Place ice cubes in a bowl, then 50 ml of Lillet Blanc. Then place 4 strawberry slices and 1 piece of Japanese cucumber. Finish by lightly pouring 100ml of good quality tonic water with a sprig of mint (clap the mint in your hand to release more aromas).
Cleric

Clericot is an Argentinian and Uruguayan drink popularized by the British and originally called “claret glass“. It is a fruity and refreshing drink, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients
1 green apple in cubes;
1 peach in cubes;
1 kiwi, peeled and diced;
1 pear in cubes;
1 mandarin, peeled and cut into pieces;
1 portion of chopped strawberries;
2 tablespoons of sugar;
100 ml club soda/carbonated water;
50 ml Triple Sec;
A whole bottle of chilled white wine;
Ice cubes.
Method of preparation
In a bowl, add the chopped fruit, then the sugar. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients. Serve in glasses with ice.
