A recipe for fried liver with pears

Required components:

  • 500 g of chicken liver
  • 2 medium onions

Method of preparation:

  7. Wash, peel and cut the pear into small pieces. At the end of frying, pour it into the pan together with white wine.
  8. Keep the dish on the fire until the pears are soft.
  9. Finally, add salt to taste.
