In this sourdough snack, in addition to ginger, you will find 3 more valuable ingredients: honey, turmeric and… sour cabbage juice. This combination is a guarantee of power.

Gingerbread with turmeric

Composition:

  • a large piece of ginger
  • 2 large pieces of turmeric
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup of sauerkraut or pickle juice,
  • 1 liter of boiled water

Preparation.

  1. If you choose ginger and organic turmeric, there is no need to peel it. Just brush it on lightly and let it dry.
  2. Cut into small pieces or rub with a grater to make the sourdough taste stronger.
  3. Pour the rhizomes, honey and sauerkraut or cucumber juice into a pre-boiled container.
  4. Shake lightly and pour lazy water.
  5. Close the lid and leave in a cool and dark place for about a week.
  6. After the specified time, the yeast is ready, just drink half a glass or one glass a day to strengthen immunity.
