This is the ninth time in the last ten years that health plans have topped the list. The data published this Monday, the 13th, show that 27.9% of complaints, referring to the year 2022, are related to health plan companies. According to the Idec report, doubts and complaints about health plan contracts are the main complaints, with 27.4%. Then there is the lack of information, with 18.1%, and rearrangements, with 13.7%. In relation to the ranking, financial services occupy the second place, responsible for 21.2% of registrations. The main complaint, with 20.1%, is related to the security of banking transactions and fraud. Consumers then complain about contractual clauses.
