Heineken and Mude are activated with 600 activities

Between December 17 and February 22, the wellness media platform Mude and Heineken, the beer brand, will offer hundreds of free activities to visitors to the second edition of the Rio Academia Amstel Ultra.

Mude will hold more than 60 lectures per week with around 100 professionals from various fields and expects to have an audience of 30,000 people by the end of the event.

The initiatives will be at Posto 10, in Ipanema (RJ). Among the activities developed are a complete outdoor bodybuilding gym, yoga classes, footvolley, beach volleyball, muay thai, mat pilates, adapted functional, boxing, slackline, beach cycle, fit dance, cross dance, cross training, wolf fit and inner balance. .

On Saturdays, there will be sunsets with a special program with DJs and influencers, such as Gabi Zecchinelly and Marcela Gorgulho and MC Lic Tito
