Inés de Cominges welcomes us to her home in Paris
They say the best part of a house is that it looks like the two people who live there, and that’s exactly what happens there Ines de Comminges🇧🇷 Cheerful and elegant, fun but without losing elegance, natural and without many ornaments. It is Paris residence by Inés and así es ella. This Spanish woman, considered the epitome of style, married a Frenchman (of Belgian and Vietnamese descent) and since then, three years ago, they have been living on this lovely floor with view of the Rodin Museum🇧🇷

We were moved to Paris to celebrate with her and at her home, Navidad. We talked about the decorations, about life in the city of Luz and, of course, about how to spend these loved ones with the family. Her house is dressed for the occasion and she enjoys decorating the chimney, setting up beautiful tables with candles and Christmas tree decorations with the help of your son the mayor. One thing is clear and that is the Navidades of Inés de Cominges three chic!
“This house was showroom of Chatelles, the brand of slippers to my husband and when I saw her I fell in love with her. When we got married, we decided to make it our family home.”

– How long have you been living here?
– This house was him showroom of Chatelles, the brand of slippers by my husband Francois and when I walked into it for the first time it looked beautiful and I fell in love with it. After we got married three years ago, we decided to make it our family home.
“These days I like to set up scenes and set up villains. The tree has been installed since November!”
– What do you like most about her?
– The amazing views in the Rodin museum and that the house itself is already dressed. The great height of the ceilings, boysers The French and soil wood that is original fascinates me and I believe defines it quite well.

-Los muebles, los cuadros, las telas… everything is perfect. Do you like the decor?
– The decoration excites me! I guess it’s an inheritance from my mother. She helped me decorate this house – it looked like something really fun – and above all, almost everything is French.
-How would you define the style of your home?
-Elegant and cozy. When I set about installing it, it was clear that I wanted to make my family and friends feel at home when they came to visit.

-How are you day after day?
– It doesn’t stop, but I’m already a mother of two children! But this is what I like the most. Here I have many meals with friends, events and scenes. I also like to travel with my husband. But above all, what I like most is being with my family.
-Do you have less time left to live in Spain? Have you thought about going back at some point?
-No, because I’m constantly traveling to Spain and it doesn’t give me time to find him, less laughs). Now even the return trip is not with our planes, but you never know…
“The Christmas tree that I decorate with my son, the mayor, is never missing. I get a little disorganized because I left all the balls… But I love doing it with him”

-How is the Christmas atmosphere in Paris?
-It is very desirable to go out and walk the streets of the city at Christmas: the decorations, the lights, the Christmas markets… In these days I like to organize scenes and put vilansicos. The tree has been installed since November!
-Quentanos, how will you celebrate Christmas?
-These closures are very important to us, so we celebrate them with our two families. First let us go to Spain and enjoy our country life; then we did it with my husband’s family, also in the fields. We are all terrains!
-What is never missing from your Christmas decor?
– The Christmas tree I decorate with my son the mayor. The sneaker is a bit disorganized because I get rid of all the balls, but I love doing it with it. When we’re done, keep your charm! (Laugh).

-What attracts you the most at this time of the year?
-Without a doubt the navideño spirit that infuses the environment and pushes us into a fun state of mind, cozy and with great desire to celebrate every day.
“Las navidades de mi infancia las recuerdo super fun. We were always very much at a table full of laughter… and gifts too!”
– Does Soléis serve a typical Nochebuena menu?
-We are half Asturian, so seafood is always present on our table during these celebrations.

-And finally, what memories do you have of Christmas from your childhood?
-Las recuerdo superfun. Las disfrutábamos una barbaridad. We were always at a table full of laughter and, of course, gifts! We wanted to finish fast and run for them. Lo mejor es que, treinta años después, we remain the same.

Ines is happy to fill it with candlesnatural centers with pine trees and pomegranates and one winter print cup🇧🇷 The touch of color is reserved for glassware.

A big tree
It is a decorative element par excellence. La española places it all year round next to the chimney and decorates it with classical ornaments, siendo el rojo el color hero.
And doquier arrangements
The Spanish mezcla branches of fresh flowers, garlands and crownsreminding us at every turn that it is Christmas.
