More than 2,000 arrested for drink-driving, various offenses since festive season – SABC News
The Road Traffic Management Corporation says more than 2,000 drivers have been arrested across the country for various offences, including drink-driving. The arrests were made since the start of the holiday season.

RTMC spokesperson Simon Zwane says law enforcement remains on high alert.
“More than 2,000 drivers have been arrested across the country for various offenses since the start of the festive road safety campaign more than 188 road blocks have been held with over 6,000 vehicles stopped.”
