There was a bit of drama before the Bellator 292 as one fighter was overwhelmed on his first attempt. and one fight was changed to a new pre-weighing contract weight.
Many observers noted the huge weight difference between Cass Bell and Josh Hill for what was originally reported to be a bantamweight bout, with Bell weighing in at 145.2 pounds. However, a promotion official confirmed to Cageside Press that A new contract has been agreed before Thursday’s weigh-in.
Khalid Murtazaliev missed the weight on his first attempt. By touching the scales at 186.8 pounds, adding an hour to cut the weight. He successfully weighed in at 186 pounds.
