Nuvemshop and Meta announced an initiative to offer entrepreneurs an online sales solution for customers by combining WhatsApp with e-commerce.

The companies, which have been partners for three years, aim to encourage the adoption of conversational commerce among businesses that are part of the Nuvemshop platform, including small, medium and even large companies.

The strategy includes integrating Nuvemshop with Meta’s various business resources, allowing shopkeepers to create Meta products in a simple and optimized way, sync their presence on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, and create ads. In addition, the initiative allows merchants to create conversion-driven journeys on WhatsApp through Meta’s ad resources.
