The official premiere of Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro, Redmi K60 and Redmi K60e. The former is the best Redmi smartphone ever. It features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, a Sony IMX800 camera, a 2K 120Hz OLED screen and wireless charging! Are the Redmi K60 series prices deadly attractive?

As expected, the official presentation of the new Xiaomi phones under the Redmi banner took place in China. This is the flagship series, consisting of three representatives: Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro and Redmi K60e.

Let’s see what the different models of the Xiaomi Redmi K60 series offer and what price the manufacturer has set in the domestic market.

As you can easily guess, it is Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro is now the best phone in the Redmi portfolio on behalf of Xiaomi. You can also see that in the processor used, the top Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

The manufacturer has prepared many different memory configurations to choose from. The worst is enough Base 8/128GBand the strongest 16/512 GB. The latter even got its own name: Champion Edition. In any case, RAM LPDDR5x; When it comes to storage for data, 128 GB is already UFS 3.1 and larger UFS 4.0.

Xiaomi boasts of the Redmi K60 Pro screen. We get 6.67-inch 12-bit AMOLED panel about resolution WQHD+ (3200 × 1440 pixels), refresh rate 120 HertzBrightness up to 1400 nits and 1920 Hz PWM and support for HDR10 + and Dolby Vision.

The strength of the Redmi K60 Pro should also be the main camera. It was based on a 50 megapixel Sony IMX800 sensor with a size of 1/1.49″ and f/1.88 light with optical (OIS) and electronic (EIS) image stabilization. The rest mesh fabric It’s 8 MP wide angle and 2 MP macro.

This model is powered by a 5000mAh battery. Importantly, it doesn’t just support 120W wired fast chargingbut also 30W wireless charging. This is the first Redmi with induction.

The equipment of the Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro also includes: a 16 MP selfie camera, 5G modem, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, dual GPS, USB Type-C, NFC, in-screen fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, infrared port and MIUI 14 overlay.

All this was in a case with dimensions of 162.78 × 75.44 × 8.59 mm and a weight of 205 grams. Unfortunately, I don’t see any indication of water resistance anywhere.

There are rumors that Redmi is set to conquer the world as the K60 Pro Xiaomi Poco F5 GT.

Redmi K60 will go to Poland under a different name

In many ways Xiaomi Redmi K60 similar to the Pro version. Both smartphones have the same screen, the same selfie camera, additional cameras, communication devices or the same system.

So how does the Redmi K60 differ from its better brother? There is a little bit of it, not always a minus for him:

  • it has a weaker half-generation processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1,
  • Enter storage LPDDR5 and UFS 3.1,
  • The main camera is here 64MP; is the Omnivision OV64B 1/2″, fortunately with OIS,
  • wired charging power is 67 w (but the induction remained)
  • battery capacity is 5500mAh.

The Redmi K60 will go on sale in Poland, but over time it will change its name to Xiaomi POCO F5 Pro.

He is the last in the family Xiaomi Redmi K60e. Its specification is as follows:

  • Screen: 6.67″, AMOLEDWQHD+ (3200 × 1440 pixels), 120 Hertz,
  • Components: MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor with Mali-G610 MC6 GPU, max. 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage,
  • the camera: 48MP Sony IMX582 with OIS + 8 MP with a field of view of 120 degrees + 2 MP macro; 20 MP selfie camera,
  • Battery: 5500mAh with wired fast charging 67 w,
  • Equipment: 5G modem, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, dual GPS, USB Type-C, NFC, in-screen fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, infrared port,
  • Dimensions and weight: 163.1 × 76.15 × 8.48 mm, 202 grams.

If you liked the Xiaomi Redmi K60e, I have bad news. Most likely, this is a model created only for the manufacturer’s home market. Maybe someday we’ll have a similar phone, but I can’t confirm that at the moment.

Now let’s get to the most important thing, the prices of Redmi K60 Pro, Redmi K60 and Redmi K60e. They are as follows (amounts in brackets after direct conversion):

  • Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro 8/256GB – 3599 yuan (approx. PLN 2,275),

  • Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro 12/512GB – 4299 yuan (less than PLN 2,720),
  • Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro 16/512GB Champion Edition – 4599 yuan (approx. PLN 2,880),
  • Xiaomi Redmi K60 8/128GB – 2499 yuan (approx. 1565 PLN),
  • Xiaomi Redmi K60 8/256GB – 2699 yuan (approx. 1690 PLN),
  • Xiaomi Redmi K60 12/256GB – 2999 yuan (less than 1880 PLN),

For comparison, the top configuration Redmi K60 Pro 16/512 GB is 400 yuan cheaper than the base model Xiaomi 13 Pro 8/128 GB. Meanwhile, the Redmi K60 12/256 GB costs as much as the Xiaomi 13 8/128 GB.

If in a perfect world all Redmi K60 smartphones came to us in all versions, Polish prices would be very similar to China.
