The realme Care service system provides users with convenient after-sales service in India. Customer service is active from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on social media, email, voice, Whatsapp and web chat. This allows users to receive customer service at their convenience and not have to travel to the service center. The voice service is now also available in 9 regional languages including Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Punjabi.

The screen protector covers screen replacement and is priced between ₹489 and ₹2,549. The accidental and liquid damage protection plan costs between ₹689 and ₹4,899.
Realme Care+ subscribers will have access to trusted realme experts, a hassle-free claims process and an authorized service center with genuine device parts. realme Care+ is available to existing and new users online including realme.com and offline channels.
