Snow west of the divide; Strong easterly wind
A winter storm will sweep across the state today, with more snow accumulating west of the Divide. Very gusty winds will also accompany the system across much of the state, with a high wind warning for central Wyoming today, including southeast Fremont County, South Pass and Jeffrey City. Expect 8 to 13 inches of new snow on South Pass and a trace of up to an inch on Lander.
