Tasted and Confirmed #5 – Boya Rosé
Boya Rosé is a wine with structure, body and aromatic complexity. It was supposed to accompany a meal, not unlike pool roses. It seems that the rainy season is over. With that, rosé wines are the great jokers of autumn. This week I had the privilege of tasting Boya Rosé, Pinot Noir and Garnacha, 2022, from Leyda Valle, Chile.
