Moritz Leitner has played for 1860 Munich and BVB in his career. While linked with one former club before the direct duel in the DFB Cup, he rages with the other.

Moritz Leitner is in a good mood on the phone. “I’ve never slept so well since the little one was here,” says the new father of one son. The former BVB professional is currently making the most of his time with his young family. He can too. After all, he has been without a club since leaving FC Zurich, with whom he won the Swiss championship last season. Leitner has since been linked with various clubs. Also with TSV 1860 Munich, Borussia Dortmund’s first competitive opponent. In an interview with Ruhr Nachrichten, he reveals what the rumors of a sixties comeback are all about, why he likes to remember his time at BVB and what makes the Lions so dangerous.
