Moritz Leitner played for 1860 München and BVB during his career. While he is linked with one former club ahead of the DFB Cup tie, he is raving about the other.

Moritz Leitner is in a good mood on the phone. “I have never slept so well since the baby is here,” says the father of the newborn son. The former BVB professional is currently enjoying time with his little family to the fullest. He can too. After all, he has been without a club since leaving FC Zürich, with whom he won the Swiss championship last season. Since then, Leitner has been linked with various clubs. Also with TSV 1860 Munich, Borussia Dortmund’s first competitive rival. In an interview with Ruhr Nachrichten, he reveals what the talk of a return to the sixties is all about, why he fondly remembers his time at BVB and what makes the Lions so dangerous.
