The GeForce RTX 4070 is coming. Those interested will have to wait
Ahead of us is the premiere of the GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, which wants to be placed in the mid-performance segment. But we have no good news for those who are interested in buying the card.
The new generation of Nvidia graphics cards is slowly settling on the market. We have met the GeForce RTX 4090, GeForce RTX 4080 and GeForce RTX 4070 Ti models, but the manufacturer’s plans do not end there. The premiere of the regular GeForce RTX 4070 is just around the corner.
GeForce RTX 4070 is coming – a new mid-range card
Although the manufacturer does not confirm plans to release the new model, information about the technical specifications of the card is leaking online. The GeForce RTX 4070 is basically a “cut down” GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.

The manufacturer will use a weaker version of the Ada Lovelace AD104 graphics chip. However, the card will offer the same video memory capacity – 12 GB GDDR6X 192-bit. We can also expect lower energy consumption.
GeForce RTX 4070 – you will have to wait for the premiere
The GeForce RTX 4070 can be an interesting proposition for building performance gaming PCs (especially since the RTX 4070 Ti is not a very cost-effective proposition). However, those interested in buying such a card will have to be patient.
According to VideoCardz, the manufacturer was supposed to provide new information about the premiere of the GeForce RTX 4070 card – although no specific date has yet been given here, but the new model won’t appear until April.
So, it remains to wait patiently … and put money on a new card 🙂
