Who can get BPC today?
In order to receive the benefit, a citizen must be properly registered in addition to meeting the eligibility rules One register (CadÚnico). Currently, registration is mandatory for most public policies.
In case of active registration, it is necessary to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 65 years old; or
- Have a disability (of any age);
- Be Brazilian born or naturalized;
