The tablet premiered last year Lenovo Tab P11 Prowhich may not be a great price, but according to many was an interesting option to consider. That’s why Lenovo decided to update this model and launch its second generation on the market.
Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 – specification
The new generation of the Lenovo tablet has now appeared on the manufacturer’s website, thanks to which we have access to the exact specification of this device. Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 is to work on the basis of the MediaTek Kompanio 1300T processor, which shows better performance than the Snapdragon 730G installed in its predecessor.
Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 it can have up to 8GB of RAM installed, as well as up to 256GB of file storage. The latter can be further expanded with a microSD card with a capacity of up to 1 TB.
There are minor changes regarding the display. This one has 11.2 incheswhich is 0.3 in. less than in Tab P11 Pro Gen 1but its resolution has increased from 2K to 2.5K. The matrix is OLED again with Dolby Vision support and this time also with HDR10+. The refresh rate is in turn 120 Hzand a brightness of 600 nits.
The tablet is also equipped with two cameras: one at the back and one at the front. The selfie camera has a resolution of 8 Mpix, and the one on the back – 13 Mpix. Furthermore Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 has 4 speakers tuned by JBL.
The battery inside the device has capacity 8000 mAh and enough for 14 hours of operation on a single charge. There is a USB-C port at the bottom of the device. Default Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 it runs on the basis of Android 12, with support for updates to at least Android 14. The device is also compatible with Lenovo accessories designed for tablets, such as a keyboard.
Interestingly, users of the new tablet from Lenovo can purchase the Precision Pen 3 for it, which is then attached magnetically to the designated location on the back of the device. Thanks to this, they will not lose the stylus, and during this time it will be charged wirelessly.
Price and availability
Lenovo Tab P11 Pro Gen 2 it’s already available for sale in the US and the UK, and will also be available in India on October 17. So this means that Lenovo is happy to bring this tablet to various markets including European and thus – rather we can expect that he will also go to Poland.
As for the price, the one in the UK including VAT is £439.99 without any promotion, which is around PLN 2450 in direct conversion. So it should be similar here too, if this tablet comes to the Polish market.
