The political class mourns the death of Eliseu Padilha

Politicians of the country mourned the death of Eliseu Padilla (photo). As we have shown, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs Dilma Rousseff and Michel Temer died of stomach cancer.
PL President Valdemar Costa Neto noted in his post that Eliseu Padilla “One of the greatest parliamentarians and public figures of the country”.
“A skilled political artist, we lived together in Congress, where I met a kind, correct and upright man. The Liberal Party mourns the passing of the former minister and hopes that his family will find solace in the example of human character that Padilha was.”added Valdemar.
The death of Eliseu Padilla was also mourned by Temer’s former deputy minister Carlos Marun.
“A man of singular intelligence and unparalleled kindness, Padilha joined the MDB in 1966 when many sought the shadow of a military regime that was deteriorating. For me, more than a co-religionist and a friend, he was a professor when I lived with him on the 4th floor of the Planalto Palace at the choice of President Temer during some difficult moments in the history of our Republic. Thank you, Elisha Padilla. Goodbye, Elisha Padilla. The man left, Saudad and Orakin remained.” Maroon said in the post.
Former president Michel Temer also spoke through the post. He announced.
“Deeply saddened by the loss of my longtime friend and comrade Eliseu Padilla. I, head of the PMDB in 1994, met him upon his arrival at the National Congress elected for his first term in Rio Grande do Sul. A long friendship of about 30 years was born. Padilha was my companion in all my struggles, was always by my side and held several important positions in the Republic. he was Minister of Transport in the government of Fernando Henrique Cardoso, President of the Ulises Guimarez Foundation and Minister of the Civil House in my government. when he brilliantly coordinated the ministries. As a seasoned MP, he knew Congress like no one else, and in recognition of this knowledge, he became a constant source of press. Padilha was a man dedicated to our country. It will be missed.”
The governor of Rio Grande do Sul, Eduardo Leyte, wrote on his Twitter microblog:
“I am saddened to hear the news of the death of Eliseu Padilla, a skilled and dedicated leader of the RS and Brazil, who served as a minister for three presidents of the republic. My thoughts and condolences go out to his family and friends at this sad time.”
Para Governor Helder Barbalho also mourned Emedebista’s death.
“I just received the news of the death of former minister and former federal deputy Eliseu Padilla. A great friend and advisor, certainly one of the best politicians I have ever met.”he wrote on his social networks.
Former governor of Paraná and former senator Alvaro Díaz wrote on Twitter:
“Former minister Eliseu Padilha passed away at the age of 77. The member of the group led by Michel Temer was one of the main communicators of the MDB. Our feelings.”
