Red cabbage salad with orange juice – recipe

Composition:

  • 0.5 heads of red cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large apple
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • juice of half an orange
  • salt, pepper, sugar to taste
  • parsley

Preparation.

1. Cut the cabbage into small pieces, then sprinkle with salt, knead it lightly with your hands and let it soften for a few minutes.

2. In the meantime, clean the carrot and apple, make large holes with a grater and add to the cabbage.

3. Mix the chopped ingredients with olive oil and freshly squeezed orange juice. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt, pepper and a little sugar.

4. Sprinkle the finished salad with chopped parsley and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that all the flavors mix.
