Many companies in the industry have a driver shortage, not RCS from Werne. One of the reasons for Adelheid Hauschop-Franke is important from the leadership and gives a clue.

According to a recent survey by the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), 73 percent of trucking and local passenger transport companies (excluding taxis) complain of a lack of skilled workers. On the other hand, there is currently no acute shortage of drivers at RCS (removal industry) in Vernay. For board member Adelheid Hauschop-Franke, it comes down to one thing in particular. And it’s something he recommends other companies do to address skills shortages.
